LitWatch subscriptions. Our clients say time and time again... a single story can pay for an entire year

LitWatch offers flat rate single-user plans for individuals,
as well as custom plans for multiple users. You may establish an individual subscription using a credit card by following the link below.

Individual Subscription Plans

LitWatch offers two individual-user subscription plans, "Professional" and "RT-1." The primary difference is whether materials are available in real-time or on a delay. The following features are available:

  • Custom Morning Notes - This e-mail, delivered each business morning, contains links to all of the stories and documents LitWatch has published recently that match the areas of interest you specify in your Custom Morning Notes portfolio on the 'configure portfolio' page inside LitWatch. If you like, your LitWatch sales representative will help you set up your initial portfolio, and you may change those settings on your own at any time.
  • Intraday Alerts - These e-mail alerts are delivered to you in real-time (or delayed according to your plan terms) whenever LitWatch publishes a story or document that matches the areas of interest specified in your Intraday Alerts portfolio. Basic alerts contain the headline, with a link to the full story or document. Full-text alerts are only available for stories, and contain the full text of the story. If you like, your LitWatch sales representative will help you set up your initial portfolio, and you may change those settings on your own at any time.
  • LitNews Stories - These original news stories, written by LitWatch’s attorney-editors, contain a summary of the litigation event at hand. Once you have purchased a story, you may view it additional times for free, including any associated updates made to the same story.
  • LitBase Documents - These are scanned or electronic versions of actual court documents or other litigation documents. All documents are in Adobe Acrobat format. Once you have purchased a document, you may view it additional times for free.
Individual subscriptions provide one user login and are intended to provide information to be used by that single user only -- the retrievals/downloads allowed each month are limited to discourage abuse. If you only need one login, but would like to redistribute information within your firm, please see the Enterprise Plan section below.

Enterprise Subscription Plans

If your need for LitWatch stretches beyond a single user login, let LitWatch custom design a plan to meet your specific needs. LitWatch customizes subscriptions for its very diverse client base, ranging from individuals using LitWatch on behalf of a small team to hundreds of users throughout a firm, each with a personalized profile and alerts.

Enterprise subscriptions also can include additional features such as higher retrieval volumes, self-administration of users, IP authentication, and access to client billing information to recover costs from your clients.

We can also discuss arrangements to provide extra coverage or to make our headlines available for your firm intranet.

Contact LitWatch at 703-683-1224 for information about Enterprise Plans for businesses, law firms, investment firms, brokers, insurance companies, and other special accounts.
