Q. What's the status of the LitWatch Online News Service?
A. Our subscription-based litigation news
service is taking a break until Wall Street and the legal community bounce back
-- probably at least until 2011.
This includes all news service features, such as custom morning
notes, email alerts, the news stories themselves (LitNews), and the document database
(LitBase).
In the meantime, we're continuing our original litigation
consulting services, established in 1993. We're also developing our own
CLE instructional materials for
lawyers and others interested in the trial process.
